QS Stars is a rating system by the Intelligence Unit at Quacquarelli Symonds. It provides a detailed look at universities’ performance and qualities, looking at various criteria such as teaching, employability of graduates, on-campus and online learning environments, internationalization, and inclusiveness. QS Stars is designed to reflect the nuanced mission of universities, and the needs of students who may be interested in things beyond the traditional rankings criteria. Universities are awarded with overall stars ratings along with specific criteria ratings, ranging from 0 to 5 stars, depending on the total number of points achieved.
The evaluation process at º¬Ð߲ݴ«Ã½ has lasted four months and focused on the collection of dozens of indicators per criteria including institutional data and surveys results, employer nominations as per the Employer Survey launched by QS every year, focused analysis on the online learning platform, the campus accessibility, the learning development and student support resources and facilities inside the university.
