The Staff Development Department at the º¬Ð߲ݴ«Ã½, in collaboration with º¬Ð߲ݴ«Ã½'s esteemed faculty, organized a series of training sessions aimed at strengthening technical and soft skills among its staff in a variety of student support, academic and administrative departments at º¬Ð߲ݴ«Ã½.
This initiative is aligned with º¬Ð߲ݴ«Ã½'s ongoing commitment to Continuous Professional Development (CPD) and its endeavors to collectively cultivate a culture of continuous learning, team building and improvement to forge paths to excellence. These sessions also resonate with the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), specifically SDG4-Quality Education, SDG5-Gender Equality and SDG8-Decent Work and Economic Growth, ensuring its staff benefit from equal lifelong learning and empowering opportunities, leading to staff members’ continuous growth.
